Plaza 7 Talent Agency is a full service talent agency with branches in New York City and King of Prussia, PA representing actors, writers, directors and producers.
Prior to Plaza 7, Francesca worked with international news agency Reuters LLC in their Sales and Editorial departments.
An inner city kid from London, England Francesca carried her Caribbean heritage with her to the US more than twenty years ago to attend the Dance Theater of Harlem. In 1991 she joined Fifi Oscard Talent Agency as an intern and was franchised and promoted to Agent in their commercial department where she also helped develop their highly successful children’s department.
Early in her career Francesca worked as an agent’s assistant. Going through the famed agent training program at International Creative Management, where she served eight months in the mailroom before moving to their motion pictures department where she spent the next four years. Upon entry into the ICM mailroom she introduced her then clients, Vin Diesel, Anthony Rapp, Tim Roth, & Mischa Barton to the agency. She was instrumental in also introducing Sandra Bullock to ICM. Her current clients can be found in numerous notable films and TV projects such as Law & Order, Captain Phillips, Unforgettable, Revolution, Persons of Interest, Elementary, Gotham, Blacklist, Daredevil, HBO’s Lewis & Clark, the upcoming miniseries “Barry” and many more. Her clients include actors, Marla Maples, Ashanti, Christopher Wallace (Biggie Small’s son), Stephen Hill, Jennifer Williams and Sean Nelson. Directors Jamal Joseph and Michael Pinckney and FUBU TV Network.
She is the founding partner of Plaza 7 Talent Agency NYC and founding member of the Crystal Ship Filmmaker program, a free vetted program created for filmmakers, television and digital content creators, supporting diversity at the industry showrunner levels.
She attended Kingsway Princeton College (now Westminster College) in the United Kingdom and Iona College in New York.
Francesca is a fully franchised agent living in New York with her husband and two children.
She is a member of the SAG AFTRA and Equity unions as a franchised agent, She is a member of National Association of Talent Reps. She is also a member of African American Women in Cinema (AAWIC) and the New York Women in Film and Television (NYWIFT).
